Resource CentersResident youth can take advantage of after school resource centers at the Lafern Williams Center in South Omaha and at the Pleasantview Development in North Omaha. The centers are staffed by OHA Outreach Coordinators and community volunteers and provide assistance with homework and school projects. In addition, the centers provide a multitude of additional resources including computer labs, school textbooks, research materials and nutritional snacks. The goal of the resource centers is to cultivate and promote academic success for OHA school age children. Resource Center and Computer Training Classes LaFern Williams Center & Gateway Building Monday – Thursday Friday Computer classes are six to eight week computer technology training sessions that provide hands on computer literacy training which consisted of the following:
