ALL APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT TO A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND AND CREDIT INQUIRY FOR RENTAL HISTORY.

Bring the Following Documentation When Applying:

1. Identification for all household members 19 years and older (Official State Picture I.D.)
2. Social Security Cards for all family members
3. Birth certificates for all family member 18 years and younger
4. Employment: 3 current pay stubs
5. Bank: 3 current bank statements

Upward Mobility Preference

• Family with at least one adult member who is currently employed at least 20 hours per week for at least six consecutive months
• An active participant in an accredited educational and training program designed to prepare the individual for the job market
• A family whose head of household, spouse, or sole member is 62 years of age or older

Public Housing Income Requirements

• Chapter 1 of the Admissions Policy (ACOP)
