ALL APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT TO A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND AND RENTAL HISTORY CHECK.

Please bring the Following Documentation at your  Scheduled Appointment:

1. Current identification for all household members 18 years and older (Official State Picture I.D.)
2. Social Security Cards for all family members
3. Birth certificates for all family member 17 years and younger
4. Information on Source(s) of Income and/or Assets

Upward Mobility Preference

• Family with at least one adult member who is currently employed at least 32 hours per week for at least six consecutive months.
• An active participant in an accredited educational and training program designed to prepare the individual for the job market
• A family whose head of household, spouse, or sole member is 62 years of age or older, or is a person with disabilities.
