The Admission and Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP)
This Admissons and Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP) describes the admission, occupancy and transfer policies by which the OHA determines eligibility for admission, selects prospective residents, assigns housing units, admits residents and processes transfers in a fair and nondiscriminatory manner.
This ACOP is applicable to OHA Public Housing Developments only.

The 2011 PHA Plan
The Omaha Housing Authority prepares an annual and 5 year plan to meet the requirements of the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act (QHWRA). The plan must be consistent with the city's Consolidated Plan, and approved by The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). HUD issued approval of OHA's 2011 PHA Plan in December of 2010.
