ALL APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT TO A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND AND CREDIT INQUIRY FOR RENTAL HISTORY.

 

Bring the following documentation when applying:

  1. Identification for all household members 18 years and older (official state picture I.D.)
  2. Social Security cards for all family members
  3. Birth certificates for all family member 17 years and younger
  4. Employment: 3 current pay stubs
  5. Bank: 3 current bank statements

Upward Mobility Preference

  • Family with at least one adult member who is currently employed at least 32 hours per week for at least six consecutive months. 
  • A family whose head of household, spouse, or sole member is 62 years of age or older
