NOTICE OF CHANGES IN THE FLAT RATE RENT SCHEDULE

OHA will make available for public inspection proposed changes to the OHA''s current Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP). The ACOP is being amended to incorporate changes to the Flat Rent Policy required by the 2014 Appropriations Act. 

 

REVIEW DATES   August  28, 2014 through September  28, 2014

 

During the review dates listed above and during normal business hours, you may review the documents that provide the basis for the proposed changes  at the following locations:

 

OHA’s main administrative office at  540 South 27th Street 

OHA’s Property Management Offices at the Gateway Building 4401 North 21st
