  The Omaha Housing Authority (OHA) is requesting proposals for Legal Services. Services may include, but not be limited to: Environmental Law, Real Estate/Planning, Zoning, Public Housing Law, Construction Law, Litigation, Labor Law, and Partnership for Development projects. The projected term of the contract is 2 years with the option to extend the contract for a term of 1 year.   UPCS Inspectors

  
  

  The Omaha Housing Authority (OHA) is seeking proposals for their annual public housing inspections. All inspections on units must be inspected in accordance to the federal regulations governing the Uniform Physical Condition Standards (UPCS). Contractor will provide their computer and the inspection software, which must bridge to the OHA system. The projected term of the contract is 1 year with the option to extend the contract for a term of 1 year. Proposal packets will be available on July 24, 2008 after 10:00 a.m. The pre-solicitation conference will be held on July 31, 2008 at 10:00 a.m.

It will be the Contractors responsibility to complete the contracted work in a timely manner and in compliance with all codes regulating this work.

  Provide Telephone Services

  
  

  The Housing Authority of the City of Omaha (OHA) will be accepting Proposals from qualified, licensed and bonded entities to provide telephone services to all locations operated and owned by the OHA. The OHA has about 200 phones and is currently using the Centrex phone service that provides the 444 prefix agency-wide. The OHA would like to maintain the current phone numbers, if applicable. Details to the requirements will be outlined in the Scope of Work. The projected term of the contract is two (2) years with the option to extend the contract for a term of one (1) year, contingent upon approval from the OHA Board of Commissioners.
